Christopher Snyder

Bad Hair Day

Christopher has been passionate about photography since he received his first camera and roll of film at age 12. After practicing with countless rolls, hours of trial and error and years of experimentation, he began to understand the mechanics and aesthetics of photography. Since making the transition to digital photography, Christopher's goal is to constantly stretch his imagination.

He has won several awards, contests and grants, and has been published in several magazines and newspapers, both local and national. He has participated in several art shows, but this is his first gallery showing, as well as his first AEPi show. Christopher has taken photography classes all throughout high school as well as several classes at a local studio.

Christopher strives to take photos that have a unique perspective and point of view, reflecting true and real emotions and ideas. Through experimentation, he hopes to break the traditional boundaries of photography and the way we see things.

Christopher is a first year student at Rochester Institute of Technology majoring in Advertising Photography.
